Installation

The Smart Handle is our easiest model to install, as it can be installed without making modification to your existing mortise/latch.

We recommend booking a licensed and qualified Locksmith to install our range of Smart Door Locks.

However, a skilled family handyman with basic tools would also be capable of installation. The instruction manual includes a full-scale drilling template that you can align with your door frame to mark the exact drilling points. We also have a handy installation video below.

Can I unlock the Lock Box even if the battery runs out?

Yes! If you do happen to miss the low battery warnings, you can use one of the manual override keys or quickly top up the battery with the USB-C charger.

Please refer to the Technical Specifications for each model's estimated battery life, which typically lasts between 10 to 12 months.

How many spare keys do I get?

The package includes 2x IC Cards and 2x manual override keys.

Can I setup timed passcodes?

Yes! You can set up temporary passwords for regular visitors and guests. This is especially useful for Airbnb guests, support workers, cleaners, delivery drivers, and tradies, ensuring they can enter when needed. Plus, you can easily manage and revoke access as required. Refer to our App guide for further instructions.

Is the Smart Lock Box waterproof?

Yes, the Smart Lock Box is waterproof.

For optimal performance, it's still recommended to install the Lock Box in a covered area, away from direct exposure to sun and rain.
