Sizing Requirements

A - Distance from edge of door to centre of borehole (backset) = between 60 and 70 mm

B - Door thickness = between 35 to 55 mm

C - Diameter of borehole = between 50 to 55 mm

D - Faceplate height = 57 mm

E - Faceplate width = 25 mm

*Notes:

Your door sizing must comply with measurements A and B, so please ensure you choose the correct backset option and measure your door thickness.

However, you can adjust the measurements of the borehole and strike plate (C, D and E) with basic tools.

How many spare keys do I get?

Each Smart Lock comes with 2x IC Cards and 2x manual override keys.

Can I setup timed passcodes?

Yes! You can set up temporary passwords for regular visitors and guests. This is especially useful for Airbnb guests, support workers, cleaners, delivery drivers, and tradies, ensuring they can enter when needed. Plus, you can easily manage and revoke access as required. Refer to our App guide for further instructions.

Are your products waterproof?

Please refer to the Technical Specifications guides for each product to determine whether they are weatherproof or waterproof.

For optimal performance, it's recommended to use them in covered areas, away from direct exposure to rain.

Does it have an Auto-Lock feature?

Absolutely! The Auto-lock feature automatically locks the door when you enter or leave the house. You have the option to turn this feature on or off.

In contrast, enabling Passage Mode keeps the door unlocked at all times unless specific lock periods are scheduled, making it ideal for workplaces.
